What You Will Do
In this role, you will contribute to the development of new features and improve the quality of our flagship Biosero Green Button Go® Software — a powerful suite of applications used to control hardware devices and orchestrate complex workflows in automated laboratory systems. You will work on both web-based and desktop applications, with opportunities to help build the next generation of lab automation capabilities & AI-driven features.
Responsibilities:
- Complete well-defined programming tasks with guidance
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies (standup, refinement, etc.)
- Test the changes you implement
- Effectively communicate status of assigned tasks

Requirements
Experience Requirements:
- Practical skill in C# (or similar OO language)
- Working knowledge of core CS concepts
- Demonstrated ability to apply basic programming concepts to solve problems / complete tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally & in writing
- We are not able to offer sponsorship, so valid candidates MUST have either US citizenship or a Green Card
Educational Requirements:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or Biology/Bio-Engineering or comparable experience
- Experience in lieu of degree will be considered, preferably with some knowledge of lab automation and scheduling software
Training, Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:
The base salary range for this position is $65,000-$81,252. Benefits include 401K with company match, PTO, Health Benefits, Investment in Professional and Personal Development, and much more.
